Fill the pouch with vinegar and the rest with water (see back of pouch for vinegar type and amounts). Add veggies, seal, and refrigerate.

Refrigerate and shake every day for 3 days. After that, enjoy!
Reuse your pouch up to 2x, then use the brine for your choice of meat, sauce, or dip!
