  • 8 ounces (1 pkg) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles, drained (made with Great Lakes Pickling Company’s Polish Garlic & Dill Pickling Pouch)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced and rinsed red bell pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced Italian parsley


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, finely chopped white onion, minced and rinsed red bell pepper, granulated garlic, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Stir until all ingredients come together into a thick, clay-like paste.
